I know that this year has been particularly challenging for many, with layoffs impacting teams and leaders across industries. From what I’ve heard in coaching sessions and conversations, it’s clear that it’s been tough for everyone.

I’ve experienced two in the last 2 years myself, and I understand how destabilizing they can be - not just professionally, but personally as well. These disruptions can leave any leader questioning their skills, expertise, and overall impact.
That’s why I created Career Clarity Lab - a 4 week career accelerator designed to help you move from uncertainty to confidence, and design the next step in your career with clarity and intention.
But I also understand that with tightening budgets and the aftermath of layoffs, getting the support you need can feel out of reach.
