Hey Reader,
Earlier this month, I quietly stepped away from my corporate role and decided to dedicate myself to coaching and fractional work.
The decision crystalized for me during a client conversation a few months back. We were discussing their career next steps, and I said, “It sounds like you’re putting together your back up plan because you’re expecting yourself to fail”. That night, as I reflected on our session, I realized I had been doing the same thing in my own life.
Coaching was always my “retirement plan”, something I thought would be “safer” later on. But putting your dream on hold is never safe. It silences a piece of your soul and what you truly yearn for.
So, I’ve decided to bet on myself once and for all. This new path feels perfect because it allows me the flexibility to scale my coaching practice while helping others achieve their goals.
I currently have a few slots open for new coaching clients. If you or someone you know is:
- going through a career transition
- transitioning into management or leadership for the first time
- feeling stuck in their current role or environment
- dealing with workplace burnout or stress
- recovering from a toxic workplace or manager
I’d love to connect, learn more about your journey, and see how we can work together. Feel free to share this message to anyone who might benefit. You can learn more about my offerings here.
Now is the perfect time to bet on yourself. As Mary Oliver beautifully asked, “what is it you plan to do with this one wild and precious life?”. For me, it’s about being of service.
